There are three ways for working with affirmations:
1) Repeat affirmations aloud
Make sure that no one can disturb you. You should speak loudly, confidently, with concentration, and in the first person (I am). You can say affirmations while standing in front of a mirror, looking into your eyes. In this case, repeating affirmations in the second person (You are) will work better.
2) Listen to audio affirmations
This is the easiest, most convenient, and most effective way to practice affirmations. This method is also suitable if you are among other people and do not want others to know about your practice.
While listening, imagine your friend or relative telling you these positive attitudes.
You can listen to affirmations in the first (I am) or second person (You are). Try listening to both alternatives to see which type of affirmation you perceive best. From experience, we can say that affirmations in the first person are better perceived in a quiet and calm atmosphere, and affirmations in the second person are better perceived during active actions - driving, walking, washing dishes, etc.
3) Receive affirmation notifications
Notifications allow you to include the practice of affirmations in any schedule and make them part of your daily routine. Each time you receive an affirmation notification, you give yourself a little bit of the positive mindset you need. And so on many times a day. It's fun and effective.
You need to use affirmations in the second person (You are) for notifications.
Of course, the maximum effect from the practice of affirmations is achieved by using all three methods. Combine and use them most conveniently for you.
